The Panda

The Panda is a native of China.
The Panda generally lives in alpine bamboo forest 1200-3500 meters above sea level where there is adequate rain, rich water resource and suitable temperature.It tears the stems and leaves of the bamboo plant off for food. It has big appetites and eats a lot of bamboo.
The Panda has black fur on ears,eye patches, muzzle, legs, the rest of the animal's coat is white. It has thick, wooly coat keeps it warm in the cool forest. It has large molar teeth and strong jaw muscles for crushing tough bamboo.
The Panda's favorite things to do are eat, sleep and play. It is good at climbing trees and also likes to play in the snow. It doesn't like to live in groups. It is solitary except during the breeding season.
